Keep the Change

Change... for the better... for the future... for the fitter...!!!

We all know change is the only thing that never changes... it is a fate... and we can not run away.

We sometimes, actually most of the time make ourselves standard and want people to change accordingly but to the highest degree we are not correct. Things around me is anyway going to change but what "I" have to do to keep altering "the situation" or "me", and that's the Bramhastra.

Why do we call today's world so fast, furious and fiery, it's possibly because the interval between the changes is quite short and rather frequent. One can not stay at the same level for long time to keep oneself at top, though the position is same however the efforts, energy and inertia keep changing. In spite of the fact that change will be there, we fear change, we avoid change and we try to flee from it. We have the fear of something that sometimes even we don't know. We have the resistance to change since we are comfortable now, we don't want to change as we don't need it. We have thousands of view points about "why to change"... sometimes it becomes an ego issue.

There are two angles that need to be considered when there is a change. First, how do we comprehend the change and second, are we actually prepared for change. Perception is all about our attitude, and preparation is all about our vision and pro-active behavior. Developing a good attitude towards changes and being agile will make life pretty easy in this electrically moving world. So don't change for change, but change for change.

I remember somebody said, If you're in a bad situation, don't worry it'll change. If you're in a good situation, don't worry it'll change. So Change is Inevitable but yes, it is Manageable.

Bear an Advantageous Comparison

We have been told many times to not compare ourselves with others. Luckily I read a similar article in ET yesterday under the one segment I love to spend time and muse around my thoughts,"Cosmic Uplink". It says that why should we compare ourselves with other? Each human being is different and has the different capability, skill, knowledge and traits, then why should we compare? May be there are many who like to go ahead with this logic however I don't find it very compatible to my thought process. In fact I think that comparison is required, it should be there and comparison only adds spices in life, it actually makes life more interesting and easy.

Now the million dollar question is how the hell comparing is better than not comparing?

Comparison is required as this world is full of billions of competitors. Every human being is competing with other on the grounds of some common skills, knowledge and traits. Comparison provides us the areas or scopes we need to work on, it provide us the update on how far the light is at the end of the tunnel. A smart comparison helps us to improve from our present level, and a stupid compare lead us to envy, jealousy and dire strait state. A comparison full of simplicity and common sense is what we need to work on to derive the correct leading or lagging edge. Now it’s all about your attitude how you take the out-come of the comparison… either cry for what you don’t have or strive hard to get the same. Don’t compare richest man with the poorest man, don’t compare lion with a mouse, and don’t compare earth with sky. Use your common sense and compare with the proper comparability.

I am a live example who believes in comparing and love to do the same. When I feel good after achieving something, I enjoy the moment but at the same time I compare my self to somebody who is superior than me to set my quick goal. When I am depressed and not happy I compare me with somebody who is not performing as good as I am, or not having what I possess, this gives me a quick relief from my pain, hurt and anguish.

Life shapes up with the decisions we take, and decision is taken on the basis of some facts, logic and vision. Most of the time comparison also comes into picture while taking some decisions, so it is required to do a smart comparison. When I feel high I should not be complacent as that may create hindrance to my growth, at the same time when I feel low I should not further depress myself. Comparison will help us to jump out of our entire problems and taking the right decision at right time. Mix right attitude with the right comparison and see the difference…!!!

So, the only bind we have to keep in mind,
That…We have the intelligent and smart…
Comparison shop…!!!

Happiness is Inevitable

I love driving my bike on the traffic-free roads. It gives me a great feeling of silence and peacefulness, unless some guy comes back and starts honking for pass or just because he got that habit to do so. I just hate the people who honk without any reason.

Anyway I am not writing this to tell what I hate but to tell what I love to do.

Driving back from office in the late evening always makes me to think exorbitantly. I think about my day, I think about my life, I think about helluva things and deep dive into my thoughts. It's just 10-15 minute drive between the office and apartment however this short duration is a sort of meditation for me. Each day I think about lot of new things, and whenever I think about something I always plan for writing those thoughts in my blog. I generally don't update all my ideas and opinion, as most of the time I end up sitting late over social networking sites chatting with friends.

Today while driving back to home I was pondering about "Happiness", I was thinking about me... Am I happy or not? Of late I am working late in the office, and most of the time found myself struggling around quite a lot of things, all the same I never found it boring, or something that is screwing my happiness. Happiness is not what we perceive happiness is, it is something else and what is that I really don't know. Some people find happiness in their daily work, some people give more value to the small happiness they are experiencing every day, some people love to find happiness in breaking the iceberg. If I talk about me, I am a person who loves to enjoy any moment that has any possibility to make me happy. I am happy being late in office, I am happy being busy, I am happy when I do some mistake thinking I learned something, I am happy when I get more work from my boss, I am happy when friends call me up, I am happy when I write my blog, I am happy when people support me, I am happy when I get up early in the morning and go to gym, I am happy when I speak to my family members, I am happy when I buy gifts for loved ones, I am happy praying to God everyday. So, I have various reasons to be happy. These reasons may bring happiness for few moments only, but they bring smile in my life. Smile does not mean we are literally smiling, literal smile does not entail we are happy and a sad face never says that we are sorry. Sometimes we are happy with a sad face, and sad with a smiling lips.

Happiness is something which is hard to define as it is not universally measured with the same standard and norms. It is different for different people, country and culture. It differs from person to person.

For me happiness lies in small things, it's inevitable and I create it for myself. For me happiness lies in self satisfaction.

You may check, what is your Happiness Quotient...!!!

Let's Fight

The day must be counted all the time as this is the Independence Day. The country is breathing-in freedom from last 62 years to make itself a superpower in the coming days. We have good experiences and bad one too, We enjoyed the life and cursed too, We lived the moment and died too. As this is "India meri jaan".

Don't know if this day is going to bring any significant changes in my life, as we love our motherland but never give a damn about it's Freedom Day. We care because today is National Holiday... Good Strategy by those who made it to make people remember the sacrifices. They fought not for themselves but for their future generations against the colonialism. In the same way all young generation in their time fights against some anti-social phenomenon created by the mankind themselves. Today from a long time we are still in the phase where we are experiencing Neocolonialism throughout the world, and we are fighting against the same but very unconsciously. Some countries and extremist groups are fighting wittingly against it, but the medium they have chosen is actually creating the anti-social phenomenon of terrorism which is not going to eradicate neocolonialism from the globe, but will surely overpower the evil responsibilities.

Youth is power of any nation, and India today is the country of exorbitant younker population, energy and intellect. We have the power to overtake any global challenge but what is most important is how do we take up the issue. We need to work with the most viable, practical, economical, effective, social and longterm centric medium to fight against the evil of the humanity.

Every Independence Day brings new era of freedom and struggle, but we hardly realize them. It comes and goes like our days... it keeps passing by, and one day with all our consciousness we come to know what all we missed to record, read, experience and enjoy.

Let's works for the nation with the true spirit of countrymen-ship to fight against the einiquity of the country and the society. Let's fight against the neocolonialism, terrorism and the most under-rated anti-environmentalism.

Let's Fight... Happy Independence Day...!!!

Pond-i-Cherry

An awe-inspiring trip to Pondicherry was my latest event. Though the primary focus was to gulp the lush breezier fluid, however enjoyed the endearing moments of blush and bloom. Loved the nomadic escapade, and looking for more to come and go…!!!

Travel is such a nice thing but it took long time for me to discover that I have a deep interest for visiting the places and meeting people from different cultures and backgrounds, and that could be a reason why I like Chennai so much. Now apart from reading, exercise and partying almost every alternate weekend I would love to take this interest quite seriously. Tamilnadu must be the first state to target in pursuit of my travel enigma, which is quite unknown to me. I have not yet worked out on my wish list of the places, but what’s wrong in taking off without any plans, after all nike says “just do it”.

Well, this was not the first time I was visiting Pondicherry, we have been to this magical land even before, but I just find the place more and more witching with my each dying trip. Pondicherry which is highly influenced by the French culture and the architecture as once was the French colony, still serves the purpose of a foreign look-alike destination in the country for thousand of residential Indians, and the addition of Union Territory status adds more colors to its beauty. With the sales tax exemption on boozes which is definitely our principal motto behind the recurring visits, Pondicherry has already captured a special spot in our pulse and intellect.

Break loose to Pondicherry on weekends, however it is not that easy to cover the length and width of the city in 2 days which has the ownership of wide ranges of places to see and enjoy. The beach area including the French colony has the amazing view, La’ CafĂ© where we had our light lunch with French Croissant and Power Juice was a serene place to enjoy the beauty of restless sea, Aurobindo ashram which is visited by lot of foreigners every day to understand and experience the Indian way of spiritualism are few places I happened and managed to see.

The time flies like anything here, and by the moment you start realizing the worth of the place you may end up loosing all your time. There is not much you can take from here still I managed to get something for me… some snaps and memories…!!!

I have a dream

Can we change the generations...? Can we change the country...? Can we change the thoughts and ideas of the upcoming societies...?
Yes, We Can...!!! Just improve the Primary Education System of the country... I have a dream to lay down Smart Primary Education system for the upcoming generations... n' have seen this dream long back when I was in alma mater... when I used to curse my teachers... when I used to find reasons to not attend the school... when I never enjoyed going to school... when I used to think, school-life sucks...!!!
And I still visualize the same dream...!!!
I tried to imagine how children are barred by the un-required school’s local rules and regulation.... 1st school regulations, then teacher’s rules, and then parent’s reign... Oh, I just used to hate the school-life when I was a kid... when I was in primary education… when I was longing to have fun…!!!
A small child wants fun in his life… if education is fun, then what else he would need… A fun bounded Smart Primary Education is required and is the need of the time. A poor quality or say un-smart way of education, where children are forced to learn and not motivated, may even lead to illiteracy in worst case… it will leave an impression on the person for this life time and will be visible when he is ready to handle the future… when he will be the karnadhar of society…!!!

I am not blaming that we don’t have a good primary education system in the country, we do have but we just have good system… the people who are responsible to run the system in a proper way, have the attitude of “devil-may-care”. They don’t bother at all, and it happens generally in small towns… I am the one who is victim of carefree education regime, but I still have the Dream…!!!

A Smart Primary Education can be put up on three basic pillar of the educational society. 1st who is the receiver, 2nd who is giver, and 3rd who is affecting or influencing or involved, and they are the the Child, the Teacher and the Parent respectively. A smart education system involves all these three mainstays intact to generate the kind of education phenomenon which will create a fun and interesting environment for all three pillars to increase their involvement towards are better society and future. These three pillar need to be supported by a deep base of strong moral, principles and ethics to make the primary education more centric towards our basic responsibilities and great future.

This is the Smart Education what I dream, and believe me… I gonna live my dream one day…!!!

PS: A recent OECD study states that those few countries in Africa that years ago significantly invested in (primary) education, now derive economic growth from this investment.

I Don’t Know

The one thing I hate most in my life is juggling around the question of Dreams Vs. Responsibility. This literally gives me headache and forces me to think think and think.

I feel burying my head beneath the pillow, and just make sure that I am out of touch with any kind of thought and notion.

It sometimes becomes my nightmare and doesn’t allow me to enjoy sound slumber even. It usually happens to me when I am alone negatively, and have nothing much to do. It usually happens to me when things are not right at my side and the thoughts of an uncertain future logs-in my brain like a virus to diffuse my normal thinking march.

The common questions troubling me are – I don’t know what I am doing? I don’t know why I am doing, what I am doing? And Do I really feel pity for what I am doing…???

I don’t know what I am supposed to do, however I don’t want to do what I am doing presently. This seems to be a case of frustration nevertheless it does not look anything less than the guilt feeling I have, and I don’t know why?

When I look my future, I don’t see anything. I don’t see a certainty, I don’t see a pride, I don’t see a love, I don’t see a necessity, I don’t see a respect for myself and I really don’t see any plans.

I don’t see why I have come, if I have to go back without doing anything. Even if I do something, what will happen?

I don’t know and I really don’t know.

And even if I know what can I do?

Sometimes this world seems to be the micro part of the universe, and we are the micro micro and nano micro organism. I will live for 70 years maximum and I will go, and I will never come back. Nobody comes back… nooobody…it’s all myth….!!!

Lonelines is a Virtue

World is a human cage…. not only for human but other living beings also, and dominated by human…. we believe we are free….!!! Space is too broad for us and we have not even seen many corners of the world… world is big enough for freedom and too limited for our imaginations. If sometimes you feel caged in the world… follow lonesome treatment…!!!

The time is changing n’ we are getting busier and busier for no reasons. We are doing nothing but still busy…We are so busy with nothing that we are not aware how to run away from this busy and fatigue lifestyle…. follow lonesome treatment

Go lonely for sometime daily, go isolated from the world, give time to yourself, talk to self and do introspection, believe me you will feel better and not only better definitely sense relaxed n’ stress free… try it and discover the difference.

Life keeps speaking... to listen this sound we need to avoid all other sound around us. We hear lots of vox and voices in our daily life which keep us busy, and never allow us to listen to that very sweet music that life wants us to observe and enjoy. This closing off from the external world, and consciousness for internal universe will lead to the silence which will provide us the suitable environment to find the answers of our very concerns and worries.

No harm in trying... but don't enforce the same as it will create a noisy surrounding for you, and you will find yourself running away from the real objective.

Back to pavilion from unrained India

Again a train journey, and again after a long time I thought of writing something for my formal blog. I am again returning from my Home and it’s been an awesome trip; these days I visit home…!!!

Well the journey is too long, and it becomes longer while I am traveling back from home. There were lots of cool experiences this time though no-rain was the serious problem at home. I was just thinking how much we are dependent on the rain water, and no doubt the one of the primary cause of the Third World War if it happens, is going to be water.

I have reached Ballaharshah, and had my Morning Tea just now. Thank God I have my laptop to engage myself as it’s too boring over here. People are busy with their morning munches, some are busy with slurping, some people are continuously looking out of glass pane but are actually absorbed in very deep thoughts, some people are unnecessary disturbing others and probing the most possible information about the journey. Sometimes we can not keep ourselves busy with ourselves; we need people around to talk, to share the feeling, to cut jokes, to have fun, to be superior, to fight, to laugh and to become social. We are in a inter-dependent world we need people around.

---BREAK---

Between this piece of writing and the previous one I have finished watching two hindi movies, that’s the best thing I can do with my laptop while I am traveling and the second best thing is also not missed as I am writing this blog. It’s been long since I have written anything but now with this write I am going to commence 2nd era of my writing though 1st era itself was not much long…. You can say it’s going to be the 2nd generation of my writing, and definitely something new. There is no constraint now to write minimum a blog in a month but Yeh… write as much as I can and as frequently as possible.

Well it’s evening now and I am yet to go with 6 hrs of journey to reach my destination Chennai. I have been out of home since I am done with my higher secondary. I was in Indore for 3 Yrs, then Delhi for 1 Yr, then Vizag for 2 Yrs but Chennai has broken all the record as I am going to enter 4th month after 3 Yrs completion… wow… that’s amazing…. I thought of this just now only…. that’s great.

Finally I end up watching 2 more english movies.... the journey was boring... did nothing but watching movies alone.... will try to avoid the same going forward. Reached Chennai at 11:30 Pm and was at the front of my flat at 12:30 Am.... and today is 29th day of June 2009.

Being Proactive...!!!

How important is being proactive?, And the answers lies in the recent playscript created by the terror groups in Mumbai “the 26/11”. I condemn, and everyone condemns the massacre. It shows the failure of our security system which was fenced by our incompetent bunch of politicians, who are filling up their pockets with same money allocated for our security and defense system. Security is major concern today and it is because, unlikely the other developed nation who follow “Murphy’s Law” for their security system which says "if anything can go wrong, it will”, we in our nation prefer to be reactive by following “let the things happen, we will fight against it”. The time is now to change our attitude, rather then getting prepared for the post security breach consequence handling; we should have more emphasis on our higher level security measure as “prevention is better than cure”.

What has happened in Mumbai is an utter shameful event in the history of India, with the leading steps toward becoming the superpower we have no control to bar such events. Every now and then a handful of people trespass the fence without any hassle and bomb fearlessly killing 100s of people. Mumbai is so vulnerable these days that we no longer remember it as the financial capital of India, rather it can better be recognized as the scared land of terror attacks. This is not the only example showing how pro-active is our government, we can count some more like – There is no proper traffic arrangement and infrastructure build even after 2 years of the 1 Lakh care launch announcement by the leading automobile manufactures; No energy measures taken place yet knowing the fact that India in growing and energy will be the top most priority, except the one recent nuclear deal; There is no steps taken toward the cast reservation policy which is leading the nation towards a never ending internal dispute; and many more.

This is the time to change the mindset from reactive to proactive. This is the time to think of future, because our future is going to be our present and we are looking forward for a peaceful present.

Being proactive is the only way…!!!
